Please briefly describe the book?
The book is inspirational, funny, controversial, informative and an overall great short read. This book provides the reader several characters that are described thoroughly to support the controversial title. Each character will summarize a series of behaviors and provide insight into the stereotype.
What inspired you to write this book?
I was inspired to write this book after spending time with female colleagues who discussed their experiences with relationships and overall interaction with men. After listening, I was inspired to write based on a males point of view of the characterizations described.
How do you make sure the information for your nonfiction books is accurate and up to date?
My information is based on a point of view. This book was created to inspire dialog and conversation.
What does literary success look like to you?
Literary success looks like community to me. Creating a community that will continue to continue to read my future literature as well.
Do you outline your books beforehand? Why or why not?
Yes! I use the outline as a guide to remain consistent within the order of storytelling.
What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned while writing?
I have learned how to tell my story in a short precise manner.
How do you make non-fiction interesting and engaging while still being informative?
The story has to resonate with the reader so they can identify and gather information that hopefully helps, inspires or simple make them think.
What is your favorite part of writing?
The creative part of outlining the character and building out the story.
What do you find enjoyable or difficult about non-fiction?
I find enjoyable the collection of thoughts and the art of story-telling.
Was this topic suggested or was it something you were already interested in?
It was something I was already interested in. I was suggested to move forward and write it.
What other types of research did you need to do for this book?
Interviewed 25 women to gain insight and thought regarding the subject content.
Who will this book appeal to? What age range would you recommend it for?
This book will appeal to women (African American, Latin, etc.) The age range 30 to 45.
What is your next project?
The next project is The Sexual Church
Talk a little bit about yourself. What is your background? What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?
My background is bi-racial. Human Resources Executive for Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Own a cigar brand and company named Sip and Smoke, LLC.

I am an avid reader, to say I have a favorite would be an injustice. Okay maybe one, Becoming Supernatural – Joe Dispenza
